System Isolates DNA and RNA from Plant Material

Delivering high recovery, the Agencourt Chloropure extraction kit is suited for DNA and RNA isolation and purification from plant material. Agencourt Chloropure chemistry is automated on the Biomek NX^P and FX^P laboratory automation workstations to process three 96-well plates in just 80 minutes. The kit incorporates the Agencourt SPRI (solid phase reversible immobilization) paramagnetic bead-based nucleic acid purification technology, which does not require organic solvents, vacuum filtration, or centrifugation steps. A complete turnkey solution is also offered, incorporating proprietary sample preparation technology and the GenomeLab GeXP genetic analysis system.
