Electrochemical Flow-Through SPR Instrument

Electrochemical Flow-Through SPR InstrumentBooth 2604. The electrochemical flow-through surface plasmon resonance (SPR) instrument analyzes molecular binding processes and conformational changes of biomolecules under the influence of applied electrochemical potential and controlled flow. Its small cell volume facilitates rapid sample exchange and fast kinetic studies and reduces biological sample consumption. Dual channels enable users to perform control experiments and develop new applications such as electrochemical SPR studies of redox-labeled biomolecules, redox-enhanced and -impeded biomolecular interactions, and electric field-controlled binding and dissociation processes. It also allows the development of high-throughput electrochemical biosensors and real-time monitoring of influx/efflux of ions within redox thin films. ,
