Research-Grade FT-NIR spectrometer

Research-Grade FT-NIR spectrometerSuited for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, the MB3600-PH FT-NIR spectrometer from ABB Analytical can be operated without any scheduled maintenance for 10 years thanks to its design and metrology.

This benchtop analyzer can be fitted with a variety of accessories for accurate measurements on a range of applications, such as laboratory QA/QC analysis, raw material identification and qualification, R&D, NIR method development, and at-line PAT measurements.

It combines the attributes of a research-grade instrument—in particular, an optimal signal-to-noise ratio—while maintaining minimal cost of ownership. Its aluminum casting provides the level of protection needed for intensive use.

The universal sampling compartment makes the analyzer versatile. The spectrometer also accommodates a range of accessories such as liquid vial holders or probes while minimizing the number of movable mechanical elements. Other features include a simple, robust interface for data acquisition and routine analysis in a 21 CFR Part 11-compliant mode.

In addition, the analyzer offers easy operation and maintenance, and it complies with current good laboratory practices and regulatory guidelines.
