Protein Analysis in Two Minutes
The Sprint rapid protein analyzer from CEM Corporation provides results in 2 min that are equal to or more accurate than Kjeldahl, without harsh chemicals or high temperatures. The compact and easy-to-use system utilizes proprietary iTAG protein-tagging technology, which tags only the protein in a sample for analysis. Unlike other protein determining methods, the analyzer is not affected by non-protein sources of nitrogen, so uses can be sure of the protein content of their ingredients. The self-cleaning system provides hassle-free maintenance and utilizes an AOAC- and AACC-approved method that is non-toxic.
