OSI Laser Diode’s CVLL series of extremely high brightness 1550 nm pulsed laser diodes feature low divergence to deliver reliable and stable output power (up to 75 W) from -40 to +85 C. Hermetically sealed and RoHS compliant, the 1550 nm pulsed laser diodes are suited for military, industrial and commercial markets. The durable, eye-safe devices are designed for rugged environments and extreme temperature tasks such as rangefinding, hunting, targeting, surveying, navigation and speed measurement applications. Typical peak wavelength is 1550 nm, with a minimum operating wavelength of 1530 nm and a maximum of 1580 nm.  The spectral width is 15 nm, and the full-width at half-maximum beam divergence is 10 x 24°.
