Fully Scalable Jet Mill Suited for R&D laboratory needs, FPS Food and Pharma Systems' LaboMill delivers high product yield: 0.2-g minimum micronized batch and 0.176-g (88% of yield on 0.2-g batch) recovered product.
While featuring reduced dimensions, the jet mill maintains the same performances and advantages of larger models. It also includes an optimized milling chamber, nozzles and classifier. All component connections are in compliance with cGMP, assuring quick and easy assembling and disassembling operations. The number of components has been reduced to make operation, cleaning and validation easier and faster.
The mill provides full scalability of micronization with other proprietary jet mills. The PSD (particle size distribution) and product characteristics obtained with the mill could be scaled up and reproduced on larger pilot and production systems.
Furthermore, the mill can be easily integrated with a FPS isolator system for safely handing and processing high-potent or toxic products.
