The Ring Dex filling and capping system from Dispense Works is suited for processing small bottles, tubes and vials in a compact and affordable benchtop package. The system features a file-based control system requiring no PC for operation. Setup of fill volumes, capping torques and check weights can be accomplished with pre-programmed graphical interface screens, which allow users to fill in the blanks and save their information. The filling and capping system employs an on-board calibration routine and provides production data for each container processed. This data includes a time and date stamp, as well as a recorded fill weight. This history file can be uploaded for documentation and reporting requirements.
