Expanded Lipid Kinase Collection
Available for both purchase and as part of the proprietary KinaseProfiler service, the expanded PI3 kinase line now offers 17 lipid kinases, which are a new class of potential drug targets. The expanded lipid kinase panel and KinaseProfiler service provide the tools for dissecting the networks underlying PI3 kinase signaling. PI3 kinases regulate a variety of cellular functions, such as cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, motility, survival and intracellular trafficking. As a result, defects in PI3 kinase function lead to multiple disease states, including several forms of cancer. Combined with the PI3 Kinase HTRF assay, KinaseProfiler service and small-molecule inhibitors, the panel provides researchers with a complete solution for studying lipid kinase signaling. Both wild-type and disease-linked mutants are included.
