Also on booth will be the latest functionality to Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS, the company's flagship laboratory information management system (LIMS) for industrial process laboratories.

Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS delivers enhancements to facilitate industrial laboratory compliance with the requirements of ISO 17025: 2005. SampleManager LIMS delivers a broad range of new functionality to comply with ISO 17025, including full security controls, validation of methods, instrument calibration, sampling, control of non-conformance testing and reporting of results.
Capabilities such as incident management and statistical analysis of calibration standards and sample results, generation of electronic records and full audit trail facilities allow laboratories to more easily review their quality system. SampleManager LIMS benefits management by providing them with a centralized system to access data and extract information, allowing them to more effectively manage their laboratory operations.
