Tim Studt Editor in Chief 973-920-7748 tim.studt@advantagemedia.comBio: Tim Studt has been with Advantage Business Media (previously Reed Business Information) for more than 20 years, the last 13 of which as Editor in Chief of R&D Magazine and Laboratory Design Newsletter. Tim’s editorial staff has won more than 30 business press awards on science and technology topics including the coveted Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Award. He also founded 3 additional business publications, 6 print and electronic newsletters, and 4 Web sites, along with creating numerous supplements, conferences, surveys, white papers, directories, calendars, posters, webcasts, videos, and other associated business media products. Tim has a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Lewis University.
Erin P. T. Canning Managing Editor 973-920-7052 erin.canning@advantagemedia.com Bio: Erin P.T. Canning started out as an Assistant Editor for both Laboratory Equipment and Bioscience Technology magazines in 2004. After Lab’s redesign, she was promoted to Associate Editor and began working on Laboratory Equipment fulltime, steadily gaining more experience and taking on new projects. By the time Tim Studt became editor in chief, Erin readily accepted responsibility for overseeing the print publication as well as the redesign of Lab’s Web site, all of which lead to her promotion as Senior and now Managing Editor. Erin has a B.A. in Literature and minor in Japanese Language from The American University, Washington, D.C.
Ashley Glowinski e-Editor 973-920-7057 ashley.glowinski@advantagemedia.com Bio: Ashley Glowinski joined the Laboratory Equipment team in July 2009. Previously, Ashley worked for NBC Universal as a media relations intern within the company's corporate communications department. Ashley also served as a public relations intern for the Schreyer Honors College. During her college career, Ashley was editor in chief of The Altoona Collegiate Review newspaper, a business representative for The Daily Collegian newspaper, and a contributer to several university publications and Web sites. Ashley earned her B.A. in Public Relations/Advertising from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, P.A. |
