Impedance Analyzers Feature Intuitive Interface
The 6500 series impedance analyzers achieves maximum frequencies ranging from 5 to 120 MHz for production, test and research applications. Features include an intuitive touch-screen user interface with dropdown menus and a Windows-compatible data format for subsequent analysis. Seven models are available for characterizing components or devices from 20 Hz to 120 MHz. The analyzers perform measurements in 55 msec with 0.05% accuracy and 1-mHz resolution. They also incorporate USB and PS2 ports and are fully programmable over GPIB.
