Portable GC Configures with Several Detectors
The Companion GC is a portable gas chromatography unit that is housed in a small and rugged plastic suitcase and can be configured with one of the company’s several types of detectors. The mini thermo conductivity detector (TCD) can detect virtually every compound, while the photo ionization detector (PID) is routinely used to detect aromatics compounds found in petroleum products. With the flame ionization detector (FID), users can detect hydrocarbons and solvents. Standard features include electronic pressure controllers, a touchscreen user interface and a fully programmable column oven.
