Oil-Free Scroll Vacuum Pump Offers High-Moisture Pumping Capacity
Booth 2107. The low-profile DVSL-100C scroll vacuum pump is suited for clean process applications including roughing turbo pumps, vacuum forming, vacuum drying (only for water based), vacuum chuck, deairator, roughing and regeneration of Cryo pumps, gas substitution, and pumping for electron tubes. Features include oil-free operation; high vapor and particle pumping capacity; a single scroll design; compact size; and air flush. In addition, the pumps do not contain lubrication oil or sealing water, nor do they have seals, bearings or shafts in the gas path, ensuring clean vacuum and eliminating oil mist.
