Compact NIR Scanning Grating Spectrometers
Booth 6927. The SGS line of NIR scanning grating spectrometers provides high throughput in quality control, including incoming/outgoing inspection, routine inspection and process control in the food, forage, polymers, recycling and pharmaceutical industries. The SGS2500 features a spectral range from 1300 to 2500 nm that is scanned with more than 3000 samples in 10 ms at 13-nm spectral resolution by a two-stage TE-cooled InGaAs detector. The SGS1900 has been extended to the spectral range from 1000 to 1900 nm. Both OEM instruments have SMA fiber connectors, but direct coupling is possible due to good stray light suppression. Their compact size, ruggedness and low power consumption make them suited for use in mobile applications. The standard data interface uses USB, and Ethernet or RS-232 can be provided on request.
