Two Platforms Combine Applications
The Geneus solution and GeneChip platforms, GeneChip Operating Software (GCOS) and the GeneChip Command Console Software (AGCC) have been combined to ensure the development of a seamless integration that enables bilateral communication between Geneus and the GeneChip microarray platform. Geneus, a LIMS and scientific data management system (SDMS) that is purposed for multiple genomics application areas is built on an adaptable and configurable platform. The software allows for smooth data flow from one system to another, and it acts as the informatics backbone for one or multiple labs. The integration bridges the connectivity gap for researchers with a LIMS and SDMS that interconnects their entire lab with GeneChip technology.
