Pressure Manifold Plates for Assembling Workstations

Using modular T-slotted aluminum profiles and pressure manifold plates can avoid the expense and inconvenience of assembling machine frames or workstations. The aluminum frames can be pressurized by capping off the ends of the profiles with pressure manifold plates that are made from clear, anodized aluminum that can withstand 150 psi of positive or negative pressure. Pressure manifold plates can be side- or end-mounted and come complete with gaskets and mounting hardware. The process eliminates the clutter of unnecessary pneumatic lines. The frame can also be used as a manifold with these pressure manifold plates, which are compatible with proprietary 10 and 15 Series fractional profiles and 25 and 40 Series metric profiles.
