Cage and Rack Washer-Dryers
GEW Series cage and rack washer-dryers provide an optimal combination of performance and productivity in the cleaning of cages, containers and racks. The unit’s tempered, laminated, full-glass door automatically opens and closes at a touch of a button while providing easy, visual inspection throughout the entire process. The exclusive jet spray manifold system ensures superior cleaning. Vertical spray manifolds mounted on each side of the chamber oscillate during operation. In turn, the lateral spray strips away surface soil more effectively than traditional spray arms, reciprocating manifolds or halo wreaths. The standard, non-recirculated dryer allows the load to be removed from the unit free from water. The shallow washer base diverts all process solutions to an external sump, eliminating the need for water storage under the floor.
