High-Sensitivity Microarray Slides
The AmpliSlide range of high-sensitivity reflective microarray slides combines a proprietary, fluorescence-amplifying dielectric coating with highly efficient binding chemistries. AmpliSlide 570/670 A (aminosilane) is suited for double color DNA microarray experiments. The reflective coating provides signal enhancement balanced in both colors. Benefits include decreased detection threshold, low expression gene detection, reduced required biological materials quantities, reduced number of required biological amplification steps, and savings of costly reagents. AmpliSlide is compatible with all standard microarray equipment, such as arrayers, hybridization stations and top-reading scanners.
