At-Line Automation Analyzer
The fully customized Metrohm ProcessLab is an at-line automation analyzer that uses hardware and software, including micro sample loops, overflow pipettes, pumps, valves, stirrers and Dosinos. The modular, compact and robust design allows for installation at the process line, pilot plant or laboratory. Hermetical separation of electronics protects the unit against dust and liquids, and an industrial PC and PLC driven controller allows for extensive communication within a process environment. Suitable for the food industry, the analyzer carries out pH, acid value, chloride, vitamin C and other analyses without operator intervention. It can also be equipped with a high speed homogenizer for the dissolution of solids.
