Polypropylene, Cryogenic Vials Withstand Temperatures to -196 C

The updated line of cryogenic vials and accessories addresses cell storage needs. The vials are offered in internal-thread, external-thread and plug-seal styles, and the four available sizes include 1.2, 2.0, 4.0 and 5.0 mL. A 40% larger marking area and darker graduations are provided. Manufactured from polypropylene, the vials can be used at temperatures to -196 C. They also feature a one-turn open/closure cap, and most vials accept cap inserts (available separately) for vial identification. A self-standing base and locking feature are offered for selected styles, enabling single-handed manipulation. All vials are supplied sterile and certified nonpyrogenic and RNase- and DNase-free. Storage boxes, vial racks and color-coded cap inserts are also available.
