Flexible, Low Pressure LC System for Fast and Efficient Purification

ÄKTAprocess low pressure LC system is for accurate and reproducible purification in downstream processing. The configurable manufacturing system promotes process efficiency and reliability and complies with regulatory requirements. Users are offered thousands of configuration possibilities so specific process demands can be met by choosing construction materials, flow rate ranges, valves, pumps and a variety of other options. The configuration tool assists the user in selecting system components and options that speed the delivery of a tailored system. Able to be incorporated into low-pressure chromatography processes, the system is also compatible with all chromatography columns used in the biopharmaceutical industry. The systems are manufactured with fully traceable materials that conform to USP class VI and are tested and classified according to the USP (88) Biological Reactivity Test. Extensive documentation is supplied, and installation and qualification documentation are also available.
