Quiet, Compact and Easy-to-Use Personal Microcentrifuge

The easy-to-read Espresso microcentrifuge features a small footprint and quiet operation to expedite and improve the microcentrifugation process. The large digital display is visible from seated and standing positions. The 12-place rotor makes loading and unloading of 250-μL to 2.0-mL samples simple. The highly durable, non-corrosive plastic rotor enables the use of filter-based preps and is simple to remove, allowing the rotor to be fully autoclaved and cleaned using disinfectants. The instrument offers fast acceleration/deceleration and 14,500 × g spin, making it suited for basic spin-downs as well as complex protocols. The 99-minute timer with 1-minute increments is accompanied by pulse and hold functions to maximize the range of processes. A brush-less motor is incorporated and requires virtually no maintenance.
