In-Line Sample Heaters Provide IVD and Scientific Analysis

In-line sample heaters for IVD and scientific analysis have embedded heater assemblies that bring samples from refrigerated temperature to reaction temperature. They minimize heat losses from transferring samples from warming vessels to reaction vessels for more accurate results. Samples are aspirated into an inert fluid line that is heated to temperature and dispensed directly to the reaction vessel to mix with reagents. The single line assembly, with no connection points, eliminates the collection of sample fluid in dead spaces to prevent carryover problems. Heater materials and configurations are custom fit to manufacturers' specifications.
