IR Detector Offers Increased Sensor Range

The Orion Plus IR Detector, a compact hand-held multigas monitor, has been enhanced for more versatility. With over 20 different sensors to choose from, the monitor provides customizable solutions for various needs. The sensor range includes chemical, catalytic and IR types, with some designed for use in sensitive or harsh environments. With the IR sensor range, the monitor detects combustible gases in atmospheric as well as in inert applications. An extended sensor range, including ammonia, chlorine and phosphine, offers increased flexibility. Featuring extremely simple operation, the easy to hold monitor fits comfortably in the hand and offers high durability. The large graphic display shows all gas readings at one glance, and the electrical “Perma-Check” function continuously controls the built-in pump. Both pump and sensors are protected by a fine-tuned multi-filter system.
