Laser and Video Probe Utilizes 3-D Optical Back-Reflection Technology
The EyeTech laser and video probe utilizes 3-D optical back-reflection technology for in-situ use. Accurate particle size information is collected by in-situ measurements under process conditions, thus eliminating sampling and dilution errors. The probes unlock the morphological composition of particle systems for ultimate process control. Measurement benefits include in-situ drop and particle size measurement and migration in dispersed-phase systems monitoring undiluted particles in their actual process. The probe also provides 24-hour online measurement and trend monitoring with alarm relay, and its design prevents the destruction of the product from shear stress.
