Laser and Video Probe for In-Situ Use

The EyeTech laser and video probe’s 3D optical back reflection technology for in-situ use features size information of a particle as it is collected by in-situ measurements under process conditions, eliminating sampling and dilution errors. The probes unlock the morphological composition of particle systems for ultimate process control. They also provide in-situ drop and particle size measurement and migration in dispersed-phase systems’ monitoring of undiluted particles in their actual process, 24-hour online measurement and trend monitoring with alarm relay, and PSA and IA solutions for the monitoring of grinding, crystallization, polymerization and homogenizing processes. The probe design prevents the destruction of the product from shear stress.
