USB MPEG Capture Device

The 2250 USB MPEG capture device converts analog NTSC or PAL color video and audio into one of the supported MPEG digital video formats: MPEG1, MPEG2 (MP@ML) or MPEG4 (SP@L3). A range of supported bitrates allows for an optimal size/quality ratio for various applications. Powered through a USB 2.0 port, the device connects to the host computer. The SDK for Microsoft Windows makes integrating video capture into any application simple. The device is shipped in a metal enclosure, and a board level version is available for OEMs.
