CCD Array Spectrometers Meet Challenging Requirements

The i-trometer series of CCD array spectrometers uses a high UV-NIR-response, back-thinned CCD array with a low stray light optical bench. The instruments meet challenging spectrscopic requirements with a wide dynamic range, optimal QE and high signal-to-noise ratio. A true 0.22-NA optical bench ensures detection sensitivity with high throughput. A keyed SMA905 fiber-connector option simplifies repeatable fiber coupling. Plug-and-play USB interface and high speed data transfer are also provided.
