Electric Prep HPLC Column-Packing Pump
The Prep 250 electric constant pressure column-packing pump delivers flows to 250 mL/min and handles system pressures up to 7500 psi (517 bar). During column packing, the pump flow automatically adjusts to maintain selected pressure. With the electric pump, the chromatographer has greater control of the packing process that allows each material to be optimized for efficiency. Because the packing is done under less severe conditions, the result is a more stable bed. The Prep 250 tracks pressure and flow data using the free program included with the pump. With Quick-Set, pump flow and pressure may be graphed and logged to a delimited text file.
