Natural Gas Analyzers Adhere to ISO Protocols

The company's natural gas analyzers, among other applications, monitor mercury in natural gas streams. Leak-free speed loops are coupled safely to Sir Galahad natural gas measurement systems, which combine atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) and gold-coated Amasil adsorption/desorption systems, to determine mercury at levels down to 0.1 picogram (pg) and over five orders of magnitude. This monitoring technology adheres to International Standard Organization protocols (as laid down in ISO6978) to provide mercury measurements on a 5-minute cycle. For measurement quality, a calibration device continuously checks the performance of they systems by introducing calibration gas into the speed loop.
