Temperature Maintenance Racks Available in Two Models
IsoFreeze Temperature Maintenance Flipper Racks provide safe chilled and stable storage for PCR reagents, cells, enzymes, or other temperature-sensitive reagents when removed from the freezer or refrigerator for extended periods of time. Available in two temperature ranges, these stackable racks provide consistent thermal protection to bring the benefits of the refrigerator to the laboratory workstation. The clear blue unit maintains temperatures between 㪢 and 㪬 C for up to three hours, while the white unit maintains 0 C for a minimum of five hours. Both IsoFreeze racks are Flipper style for maximum flexibility, therefore each rack will accommodate up to twenty tubes on each side: 1.5- or 2.0-mL tubes on one side and 0.5-mL tubes on the "flip" side. Improvements include pad printed index numbering (molded indexing has been removed), and a new deep blue transparent case that replaces the opaque mid-blue molding for the 㪬 C model.
