Nano-Capillary LC/MS Systems are Fully Automated
Booth 3721.The Nano-LC to Micro-LC product line features the X'TremeSimple System. This includes the X'TremeSimple-Isocratic, X'TremeSimple-Binary, X'TremeSimple-2Dimensional, and the X'TremeSimple-ICAT. These systems can be configured from one pump to eight pumps with fully automated control with each pump delivering flow rates from 5 nL/min to 300 μL/min. A Nano-LC gradient can be obtained with a flow rate as low as 100 nL/min without flow splitting, and can perform 24-hour/7-day Nano-LC-MS applications. The X'TremeSimple-2D is a two-dimensional IC and RPLC dual binary gradient system for fully automated proteomics analysis. The X'TremeSimple-ICAT includes four independent dual solvent delivery systems and an autosampler for high-sensitivity fully automated protein separation, identification, and quantitation.
