GC Inlet Incorporates Inertium
For split, splitless, or large-volume injections, the Titan XL is a single injection system that incorporates the latest improvements in coil/cartridge heating, flexible cooling options, baffled liner technology, and an Inertium coating, which is extremely inert and reduces breakdown caused by active sites in the inlet. The proprietary cartridge and coil design allows the Titan XL to provide optimal heating performance in isothermal and programmed modes of operation, and enhances the rate of cooling. The 88-mm liner is longer than conventional glass inlet liners to provide ample internal volume while creating effective flow dynamics at the head of the column, producing less discrimination in the analysis.
