Laboratory-Size Filtering and Decanting Centrifuge

A lab-scale size, vertical basket type, filtering-decanting centrifuge is for pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. The size is 21" L × 10" W × 30" H, and the 200-mm diameter basket delivers 2250 g-force. The unit features a solid retention capacity of 1.8 dm3 and supplies 2 exchangeable baskets: a filtering basket with polypro bag and a decanter basket. It is available in either 316SS or Hastelloy C-22 material of construction. The control and power systems are in two parts, with the power elements to be placed in a non-classified area, and the EEX control panel (start/stop, RPM, LED, potentiometer) intrinsically safe, located next to the unit. The unit also complies with all ATEX requirements.
