Digitizer Cards for Integration into OEM Products

Digitizer and analyzer cards with ready-to-use Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) instruments provide increased performance and quality for fast and simple integration into OEM products. The 8- and 12-bit cards, available with sampling rates from 100 MS/s to 4 GS/s, with bandwidth up to 1 GHz in PCI package, are suited to systems that not only acquire signals, but also must quickly analyze the results. The digitizer cards and analyzer cards use proprietary technology that performs critical data acquisition functions including front-end signal conditioning and amplification, analog-to-digital conversion and channel interleaving, high-precision time base for clock and trigger distribution, and memory and acquisition control.
