Imaging System Detects and Photographs Fluid-Borne Organisms, Contaminants

The FlowCAM is a high speed imaging flow cytometer that automatically counts, images and analyzes cells or particles in a discreet water sample in one minute, or in a continuous flow in real time. It stores the pictures and other data in a spreadsheet for review. It utilizes a proprietary pattern recognition technology, which compares the images against a digital history library of cells and particles.
