Trace Moisture Analyzer for Ultra-High Purity Gases

The HALO mini-cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CRDS) analyzer can measure at ppt levels. The compact tool is suited for processes where accurate moisture measurement is critical, including fixed bulk gas continuous quality control, portable mobile analytical carts, process tool monitoring, air separation and gas cylinder quality control. Applications are in the semiconductor fabrication, laboratory calibration and industrial process control industries. Based on the Beer-Lambert Law, they do not require frequent calibration nor consumables.
