Universal Pump Control Module for HPLC Pumps

An optional, add-on, universal pump control module expands the capability of the Clarity Chromatography Station by providing control for a range of HPLC pumps. The pumps are controlled by text commands using the COM port (RS232) and are able to change flow upon external command. The driver allows flow rate setting, min/max pressure, eluent composition and current flow rate reading. Pumps tested with include those of LabAlliance, Knauer and Ecom. Other add-on modules are available, such as SST, GC and ALS control, and GPC module.
