Vaporizing and High Temperature Regulators

The 451 Series of high temperature and heated regulators are capable of sample or ambient temperatures to 500 F. Also, they are suited for high temperature sample injection or pressure control near high temperature reactors or systems. Suitable for applications requiring positive controlled heat input, the 452 and 453 Series regulators are used in sampling systems to vaporize a sample and maintain it in the vapor phase for analysis. These regulators are appropriate for applications in chemical and petrochemical plants to vaporize heavy hydrocarbon samples for analysis. The electrically heated 452 series is available in 50, 100 or 150 W models with temperature ranges up to 380 F. The 453 series is a steam-heated model with a maximum temperature limit of 500 F.
