Electronic Gas Management System Delivers Continuous Supply
The microprocessor-controlled automatic switchover system IntelliSwitch incorporates software technology that allows users to select efficient cost-effective gas modes and reduce gas returns. Suited for cryo/bio applications, process and metal fabrication industries including lasers, and various specialty gas applications, the gas delivery system features an electronic “brain” that provides for universal input compatibility. The push of a button allows for interchangeable service from high-pressure cylinders to cryogenic liquid cans. Such capability enables the user to change supply mode based on the workload at hand and prevailing cost economics of the gas products. The system records data, which enables the user to monitor process activity from remote sources. An alarm system incorporating RS232/485 interface technology provides for real-time communication, notifying appropriate personnel via telephone/email continually until an emergency is resolved. The system is also able to handle high-demand and low-use situations.
