Vaporizing Regulators Available in Two Models

The 452 Series of heated regulators are used in sampling systems to vaporize a sample and maintain it in the vapor phase for analysis. They are ideally suited for applications in chemical and petrochemical plants to vaporize heavy hydrocarbon samples for analysis. The series is available in either steam or electrically heated models. Steam-heated models have a maximum temperature limit of 500 F (260 C), while the explosion-proof, electrically heated version is available in 50-, 100-, or 150-watt models with a temperature range of up to 380 F (194 C). The Capsule seat assembly, with 10-micron filtration, high-load marginal spring, and lateral flow passages, assures high performance and reliability. These regulators are available with outlet pressure ranges from 0 to 15 psig through 0 to 500 psig to cover a range of applications requiring a positive controlled heat input.
