SFC Preparative Package Includes 5-cm Column
The SFC Prep 350 and 5-cm column package reduces time and operating costs by incorporating an automated CO2 recycling feature. This makes it suitable for purification process development and laboratory and turnkey industrial solutions. The automated system features co-solvent gradient, high pressure separators for the quantitative recovery of purified products such as enantiomers, complex synthetic chemicals and natural products. SFC is particularly suitable for the purification of practically all small molecule compounds. The SuperPure line of prep instruments includes the SFC Prep 70 for grams to tens of grams purifications, the SFC Prep 200 for tens to hundreds of grams and the SFC Prep 350 for hundreds of grams to 2 kilos. The SFC Prep 1000 for multi-kilogram campaigns will be available soon.
