Nano, Micro and MALDI HPLC Systems
Tempo LC systems provide integrated front-end solutions for researchers performing LC/MS and LC MALDI-based experiments. The line includes the nano LC system for 1-dimentional HPLC, the nano MDLC for multidimensional HPLC, the ht LC system for high throughput micro-flow applications and the LC MALDI spotting system for MALDI MS. The systems are suitable complements to proprietary mass spectrometry platforms and are total system solutions. Advantages include ultra-low dead volumes, fewer moving parts than conventional LC systems and a direct pumping mechanism with flow rate feedback for each mobile phase. The result of this technology is optimum chromatographic performance with fast cycle times, high peak shapes, reproducible gradients and retention times, and reduced solvent consumption. The LC MALDI spotting system combines the system technology with an electrostatic spotting stage for higher speed, resolution, performance and sample capacity in LC/MS. The system fully enables high performance LC-MALDI workflows with the 4700 and 4800 MALDI TOF/TOF analyzer and the QSTAR analyzer with oMALDI Source. It can also be used with other instruments possessing adapters for proprietary Opti-TOF plates.
