Preparative Chromatography
Booth 1221. Due to a high grade of modularity, the Sepacore preparative chromatography line offers flexible solutions to personal separation requirements. The line includes the Büchi Cartridger C-670 for fast and safe packing of Flash Cartridges within seconds. For larger sample amounts or higher pressures Plastic+Glas coated Glass Columns are available. The proprietary Pump Modules C-601 and C-605 are compact, chemically resistant, biocompatible 3-piston pumps with pulse-free flow up to 250 ml/min at pressures up to 10 bar resp. 50 bar. The line also includes the Fraction Collector C-660. System components are connected to each other by a data bus (RS-485), allowing simple installation and communication between instruments.
