CCD-Based Spectrometer for Co and Ti Alloy Analysis

ARL QUANTRIS is the first of its type to achieve the performance of traditional photomultiplier tube instruments. The CCD-based spectrometer permits superior accuracy in Cobalt and Titanium alloy analysis, as well as cost effective and fast analysis of small steel and iron samples. The instrument’s simple architecture allows for high accuracy, stability and reliability, especially in demanding applications. It can be configured with up to three spectrographs in order to cover wavelengths from 130 nm to 780 nm, enabling the analysis of all major elements in alloys and resulting in major savings on alloying elements.
