m HPLC Column Improves Peak Capacity

The 1.9 μm particle size Hypersil GOLD HPLC column enables accurate detection and quantification of lower concentrations of analytes. The 1.9 μm particles can be effectively used in high-throughput laboratories or in ultra high pressure LC. Based on highly pure silica, the columns provide symmetrical peaks, even when analyzing basic compounds that give poor peak shape on traditional C18 columns. The columns are available in both unique and conventional formats, including standard analytical columns and Javelin direct-connection columns. Dimensions available are those optimized for high throughput analysis, including 20, 30 and 50 mm length and 2.1 to 4.6 mm ID, as well as 10 and 20 mm Javelin columns.
