HPLC Column for High Throughput Screening

Javelin Express HPLC columns are designed for high throughput screening. Based on the Javelin direct-connection guard column design, the columns are available in 50 mm lengths for increased resolving power. Available in eight proprietary phases, the columns achieve average efficiencies of 70,000 N/m, similar to standard microbore hardware efficiencies. The column design maximizes efficiency while minimizing cost and offers efficient screening of any LC method. With a patented internal seat and fingertight fittings, the column is convenient to use and easy to change. The 1/16 CPI tip for direct connection to the detector minimizes band spreading which leads to poor peak shape. The short, slim, direct connection design of the column allows for either the use of one column directly connected to the detector, or multiple columns connected to a switching valve.
