Particle Size Image Analysis Accessory
The ExpertGrab image analysis option, which is available for proprietary laser particle size analyzers—from the entry-level 920 to the research-grade 1180 LD, allows users to view the actual shape of their particles. Particles from 10 microns to 2500 microns can be viewed, analyzed and images archived for future reference. Proprietary ExpertShape software provides the ability to calculate perimeter, area, shape factor, aspect ratio, fiber length and fiber width. This combination allows users to analyze particle shape and particle size using the same instrument.
