Racks Expand Labware Loading Flexibility

Three different labware rack types are available to address users’ application needs. The existing economy rack will continue to be supplied as standard on the BenchCel microplate handling system and VStack labware stacker. Available in four sizes, from tall to extra-small, the optional slot-style rack allows users to load a stack of ANSI-compliant labware (microplates, tube racks, etc.) simply by sliding them in from the top of the rack and down in a continuous path. Additionally, a front-opening, door-style rack is offered in standard and extra small sizes. For users who want to avoid lifting labware above the top of a rack, this type features easy front loading even while attached to the microplate handler or stacker. A positive locking feature on the front door mechanism ensures labware is held securely.
