Flow Cell Allows Remote Installation of LIF Detection

A new modular flow cell integrated in an Agilent CE system makes CE or LC-LIF-MS possible. This flow cell allows remote installation of LIF detection and can be coupled with an MS system. Additionally, analysts can use a minimum length of capillary, 14 cm, thus reducing run time for capillary gel electrophoresis applications. Typical uses are in proteins, carbohydrates and mycotoxins.
